Everything was thought of for this property! It was absolutely amazing. Check in and check out was so easy and convenient! The location itself is perfect but on top of thought they have the parking situation taken care of, the rooms are adorable, the amenities on the property were fantastic. when we arrived we had a ticket for a complimentary drink at the tiki bar and a complimentary coffee at the succulent coffee shop. This place is FANTASTIC! I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

The room had a very strong bleach smell. The blinds didn’t block out light and you had to go into a storage closet to get an iron. Overall, just an odd experience.

I'd call this a cross between hotel and ABB. Room is the size of a hotel but furnished with taste, comfort and modern. Communication is personable and the rooms where clean and very well kept. Attached to a tiki bar, restaurant and stone brewery. Get location to the beach and indoor parking 1 block away. Beach and pier is about 3 blocks away. Great stay!

Ok, so the good and not so good about The Brick. We love the location, right in the middle of the beach area, good food option, the beach and pier are right there, easy to walk around, great location. The Brick has good food and drink options as well. Now a few things that could be improved upon, the mattresses are very firm, and if you like that then no problem, but for us it was difficult to get comfortable and sleep. Along with that, the noise of the rooftop bar is just too much, we've stayed here before and it was an issue, but we thought we could deal with it, but this time it was the same, tough to sleep if you go to bed anytime before 12pm.

The weekend

While we enjoyed the location of the property due to its closed proximity, at all places we have in mind, the level of comfort is average. There were 3 of us in the room; myself and my 2 children. The bed was "really good", according to them; I was extremely uncomfortable on the sofa bed. How could 2 (if there were 4 of us!) people fit in that sofa comfortably, I have no idea! I had a backache and had to sleep sitting up for the rest of the night.
