The hotel said it had Air Conditioning and it didnt. Also there was someones food in the mini fridge that wasnt ours. The 2 doubles were different sizes. The shower didnt have a shower head it was just like a mist coming out. It was pretty cheap, but i wouldnt say its worth the price. Maybe 50$ a night if your literally just coming to sleep for a night and thats it

Aguasabon Falls is a must see. (10 mins east). Schreiber Beach is also very scenic. Comfy bed and pillows. Super friendly woman at check in. Had an 8 hour drive ahead of us so we didnt try out the shower. Can't comment

Room and bed is ok. Bathroom is ok. Personal utilities? Used soap, a packet of shampoo and left over toilet paper roll. Why? Hygiene is not important? Good thing i was bringing my own toiletries. Never again on this place

They used a GREEN GARBAGE BAG for a curtain on the window in the door to the room. Very noisy. No toilet paper. Huge chip in the tub. Windows were not only filthy, they could not be locked. definitely would not return ever.

Awful staff working nights

I am in the process of moving from Ontario to Alberta. I booked this stay for the 24/7 front desk - as there are not many options during my trek to stop for sleep. I didn’t have high expectations - however upon check in I was greeted by a very angry staff member who was visibly intoxicated and could smell alcohol on his breath. He was very rude and told me to leave because “check in was at 3” - I maintained my composure because I needed somewhere to sleep. I politely told him that I had already paid for the room. He eventually gave me a room. Whomever owns this residence needs to do some wellness checks. Whoever this staff is, does not provide even decent service. He also turned off the vacancy sign. And was smoking when I walked in. I would really like a refund, as this was beyond horrible. I’m disgusted at the treatment I received.
