Our first time in Hanoi and I booked this hotel from reviews I had read. It was exactly what people were saying. The hotel is magnificent, the breakfast was great and the location top notch. A block away from train street and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The real gem though is the staff. Christine at the front was fabulous. She always met us with a smile, helped us out with everything we needed and asked for and at the end of our stay she walked us out to the car and gave us a hug goodbye. The hotel is great, the people there make it fantastic.

Has a wonderfull time at The hotel,due to national day celebrations it was a little loud breakfast restaurant, but nothing to complain about . Very attentive staff , arrived at around 10:30 in the morning , was told kin time was at 14:00 , but they would try to get our room ready as soon as possible , waited maybe 30 mins and room was available to rest . Big plus for staff
