Great location just steps from Earl's Court Underground yet very peaceful and we overlooked the gardens which was lovely.Room very small but cleverly designed to be very functional and bathrobes a bonus..Clever breakfast room making maximum use of small space. Lift tiny but we didn't need to use it... My second visit here,would stay again

My family enjoyed our stay here. We loved that it was centrally located but on a quiet street close to Earl court station. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was nicely decorated, clean, and updated.

Small rooms but thats normal for London. We got a balcony which was lovely to sit on and watch people in the park opposite. Excellent location for tube lines too. Breakfast did the job

The hotel was clean and in a good area. The room was small but I didn’t mind since it was clean and updated. The staff for the morning breakfast and some front desk workers were very kind and helpful but one front desk worker was extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked about the WiFi, that went in and out constantly, she brushed me and the issue off with no explanation. It seemed as though I was interrupting her when it’s her job to assist with matters. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but she should not be working front desk if she doesn’t want to do her job or at least be kind. Also I went to other hotels in England for this trip that were much smaller and had less employees but they always offered to help take my luggage up. This hotel will not offer so be prepared to get your luggage up a steep flight of stairs alone.

Henley House was fantastic. The Earl's Court area is quiet - Henley House rooms were quiet as well. Room 23 has a small balcony that looks out on the park across the street. Excellent breakfast included and very helpful staff.

There is a reason that people keep returning to Henley house Hotel. This is a very comfortable place with lovely staff and quality breakfast. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. : and everyone seems to love the hotel cat which is blind! I met other guests and they always stay at the Henley house. It gets to be a problem trying to find a room since it’s always full.

The hotel is very well located, close to Earl’s Court Underground Station, with both the Piccadilly and District lines providing convenient access to virtually all of London’s main attractions, as well as Heathrow Airport. The room is small, although this is hardly unusual by London standards, and the breakfast is perfectly adequate. Unfortunately, the experience was considerably undermined by the consistently unwelcoming attitude of the lady in charge of breakfast. Throughout my stay, she frequently appeared to be in a bad mood and would often mutter or complain. I chose to overlook this, as everyone can have a difficult day. Unfortunately, on my final morning, her behaviour was particularly rude. I arrived approximately 15 minutes before breakfast was due to begin because there was no water in my room. I take medication which needs to be taken on an empty stomach and simply wanted to ask for a glass of water. Instead of allowing me to explain, she kept the door closed and repeatedly gestured “no” at me through the glass. I found this unnecessarily rude and discourteous. I fully appreciate that breakfast had not yet started, and I was not asking to be served food. However, refusing even to hear a simple request for a glass of water was, in my view, entirely inconsistent with basic hospitality. It is a shame, as the hotel is well located and otherwise offers a perfectly reasonable stay. Sadly, this encounter left a very disappointing final impression.
