The location of this place is fantastic if you're going to Roger's Centre, the aquarium and/or CN tower. It's also a short walk from the train station. It's not as close to a transit line. The place itself is efficient if you're looking for a condo as opposed to a hotel. It does have a few quirks. Here is only one key fob for the foom which can make it complicated for people who may be doing things separately at all. The fob is required for elevator access to the floor, and access to the fitness/pool area. The suite itself needs some refreshing done. Paint is worn in spots, and there is a whole feel of lack of attention to maintenance.

I mainly booked this because it had laundry and it was a stopover from a longer vacation, so that was a necessity. The location was great, and the apartment is good. I just wish there was a larger and more comfortable bed available. The bed in the bedroom might be a Queen or maybe a Full and it makes noise whenever you move. The apartment also had issues with the bedroom door, it doesn't close properly. If they spent a little money to fix the little things (and get a new/larger bed) I think it would really pay off for them in the long term. Because, you really can't beat the location. I should also mention, that one of the elevators was never working, and the other two were extremely slow. It took us 10 minutes one time to get from the apartment to the street. I'm not sure how often that occurs in this building.

The aptartment was clean and upgraded to early check in at 2pm which was simple. And also for late check out which was worth it as the pool was sunny for the morning and in the afternoon in summer it is completely shady. My only complaint is that the shower area needed a proper scrub with bleach as there was some mold in the right hand corner and the tiles also needed cleaning.

The property was clean and the staff were very professional. I read some reviews that people had problems with the elevators, but I never had any issues. Check in and parking was easy. It was very convenient for the event I attended. Only complaint was there was 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week lol. Though I probably could have asked for more, I find that's a bit awkward to have to ask.
