I loved the hot English style breakfast; consistently good every morning. The staff is uniformly friendly and professional. I feel very secure and comfortable here. It was my third stay and I intend to return as soon as the opportunity arises.
Buffet in the rear of the breakfast room on floor -1. The vintage and atmospheric photo of Piccadilly Circus is plastered like a fresco over the entire back wall and more than makes up for lack of view.
Selection from buffet. I’ve already polished off half the English muffin and all the orange marmalade. Sautéed mushrooms peek out from beneath the baked beans and cherry tomatoes. Still to follow are Greek yogurt with stewed prunes and fresh kiwi.
Front of the hotel. Some diplomatic residences nearby but mostly a university neighborhood.
Autumn day, one entrance to Imperial College is across the street. You can use this entry as a shortcut to the V&A and science museums or continue a few more steps down Queen’s Gate Road to the iconic Natural History Museum.

The staff was extremely nice and the food was great! The hotel was located in a convenient location where you can walk to restaurants and shops. You felt like you were part of the Royal family when you stayed at the hotel which was near foreign embassies.
