L'hébergement est très bien situé (au calme et très proche des commerces) et très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et de très bons conseils. L'eau de la piscine était froide mais très agréable pour la détente. Le petit déjeuner varié était bon. Mention spéciale au jeune homme du soir très agréable, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement et y retournerons sans hésiter.

I like everything about this property! The front office staff - Cindy and Andres were exceptionally caring and professional! The location of the property very close to the center of Fira is ideal to get everything I needed - food, shopping, and bus tours. The property is very clean and beautiful! Kudos to Nikos (arranged by the property) for the transfer services from the port to the hotel, and his special effort getting me from the hotel to the airport in the nick of time, and I didn’t miss my flight! Overall, I had an excellent experience at the Deluxe Hotel.
