I liked the kitchenette in the room as it allowed me to prepare my own meals. And having a laundry room in the building was also important to me. A modern room with nice amenities and near to the old Latin quarter. Staff were helpful to my needs and I felt comfortable there.

Great units, great value

Awesome stay at this loft. Great room for a solo traveller or couple and right in the core of Montreal. Plenty of food and nightlife in walking distance so that was a welcome bonus to my trip. Owners responded quickly and the units are even nicer than the pictures look, with a new and modern layout. Lots of amenities hidden well within the unit. This will be my go to place to stay now on trips to Montreal.

The place was good for the price it offers. Walking distance to the Old Port, many shops and food places too. The customer service team is also very helpful and responsive.

The location was the main selling feature as it was within walking distance to many attractions. The room is SMALL, but space is well utilized. Our only real issue was the spotty wifi. We did send a message to the hotel operators but didn't get much of a response. Overall good, just far and away the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredible and the room had everything we needed. Some of the reviews said the street noise was loud, but we didn't have a problem - it is just normal city noise. So happy we booked this hotel :).

Location is great. Management leaves something to be desired, during my stay the bottom step on the stairs fell off. Not a quiet location, but a lot of great things to do all around.

We received our check-in information the day before our booking and it went smoothly when we got there. The room was nicely updated with a kitchenette. The hotel is right on a main walking street that had tons of restaurants & bars. We did not find it noisy at all despite being so close to a lot of nightlife. Would stay here again!

Good location near public transit, food, drinks and walking distance to most downtown locations. Building was hard to find as it is not marked as a hotel. There’s no front desk so make sure to contact that place in advance. Rooms are clean and a bit small but have almost everything you need.

The property was clean and in a central location. The room had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A note that the street has a few local bars which can create some noise but this didnt bother us too much. The room could benefit from a repaint as there were lots of scratches and markings on the wall. The airconditioning unit was blowing cold air onto the bed and although i communicated that there was no remote to control this, nothing was done about it which did dampen our enjoyment of the unit. Overall however, it was a good place to stay for the purposes of our trip and was a great location.

We were surprised how clean and feature packed this location was! Very easily walkable to public transportation, delicious restaurants and the beautiful old Montreal district. Parking is paid via local nearby garages and a walk is required though not an issue. Other than an unexpected 3:00 AM fire alarm from another room, the stay was great and I would recommend this location, even planning to return ourselves in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here when travelling for Osheaga! The check-in and check-out processes were as straight forward as they could ever be, our room was very clean and air conditioned, and the nearest metro station was just a very short walk down the road. This hotel doesn't provide parking, but there is an Indigo parking garage nearby. The street is pretty busy at night, but our third-floor room stayed quiet enough to sleep through it. Overall a great choice, and we definitely want to stay here again next time we visit Montreal!

The hotel was clean and there was small kitchen with some dinnerware which was good for us coz we stayed for 6 days. But the microwave was not functioning properly and it was a hassle to unlock the door every time. The room was so small that there were no space to keep the luggages. So many stairs and as we have a baby, it was very annoying to go up and down.

The property was perfect for a solo stay—cozy and well-located. My studio faced the street, which was both a plus and a minus. While it offered a lively view, it did get quite loud at night due to nearby bars and college students. I had a minor issue with the remote control not working due to dead batteries. I reached out to the property manager, who assured me someone would deliver replacements, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up. It would also be helpful to have a few basic amenities added—such as hangers. There’s only a hanging bar and no real storage space for clothes, which made organizing a bit tricky. Aside from those details, the location is fantastic—tons of great food options nearby and easily walkable to the Village and Old Montreal.

There was an issue during the check in process in that the door mechanism wouldn’t unlock the door. With no desk or staff to assist onsite, I was locked out of my room for an hour and on the phone with Expedia who weren’t able to help. Someone finally called and was incredibly rude to start the call after if stated I wanted a refund and was going to book for somewhere else. The room was good overall and was pretty quiet. It was incredibly small and moving about could be a challenge unless you’re young a fit. Tip to management: treat your guests like they matter to you ! I would choose to stay somewhere else in the future.

Too small and uncomfortable.

Location is good, close to downtown. Access to room was easy. Room was too small. No bedside table, TV had no cable or satellite. A/C did not work, it was either 67F and freezing or A/C would turn off and stifling warm. Bathroom so tight there is no room to get ready. No counter space in bathroom, had to use toilet seat as counter space. Stayed 2 nights and towels and coffee were not replenished. Not worth 200+ per night. Would not recommend or stay again.

Stay Away!

I had a deluxe double room, but there was nothing deluxe about it. The room was tiny, dark and stuffy, and dont expect room service. The entire building was in need of a thorough cleaning and repairs. There was construction in the commercial space right below my room that started at 7am. When I brought it to the hotel's attention, they told me they'd look into it but never got back to me, so I ended up leaving early. Since there is no staff on site, you can't talk to anyone directly either. The only good thing I have to say about the property is the location, as it very central and close to all transit. However, there is a lot of street life on this block, so if you like it to be quiet, this hotel is not for you.

Nice, clean and modern room. Very small, bed was advertised as a queen but was more of a large twin/small double. Loved the rain shower! Wifi was somewhat fast, smart tv worked well. No hot water in the kitchenette but worked in bathroom sink and shower. Hallway had a musty smell but room smelled clean. Pin to the front door and code to the room were emailed to me before I arrived and worked. I never crossed paths with an employee, everything was done through email. No turndown service. A lot of noise on the street as this location is near many bars/clubs. Very happening spot! The business downstairs (on the corner) was renovating so there was construction noise all through the day, but it appears a new business was opening up, so the noise will be temporary). Laundry was not free, but was fairly cheap. Great location, walking distance to IQAM and McGill, metro closeby and many many restaurants. Great if you are a young person or couple visiting friends/family at university, and enjoy the nightlife!
