Overall, a splendid experience for me and my family. Our room was surprisingly large. The beds were on a second floor loft. The toilet with sink was separated from the rest of the bathroom. This is very convenient since we were a family of four. The overall design was cohesive, from lobby to hallways and inside the rooms. The front desk was welcoming and extremely helpful. We’ve stayed at Ananti in Busan and had a similar experience. This standardization is comforting. Ananti Gangnam is walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Great staff, great location. Room was nicely decorated. Very noisy at night, room above we could hear loud footsteps on timber steps and dragging furniture every night until 2 or 3 in the morning. Also loud running water pipes in the wall next to beds. Water pressure and temperature was an issue early on but rectified by the engineer turning up the water heating for the whole hotel.

The services of this hotel is unbelievably terrible, the receptionist literally rolled her eyes in front of me when I’m asking her about my booking details! Also, no one gave us a notice that the FAMOUS and SIGNATURE swimming pool is not open for the period we stayed, it’s so annoying and disrespectful to us. Nevertheless, when we asked for room service, it takes ages for them to deliver the services!

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. The rooms and common areas are really nice. I came across the house keepers once and they were lovely and did an excellent job tidying up. The pools look great but were quite busy with families though I think there’s an hour reserved at the end of the day for adults only. The downsides to the hotel are that 1) the service is lacking. The people at reception were friendly and polite but the hotel doesn’t seem to have staff
