Loved my stay!

Wonderful apartment in the center of Alicante. Close to everything and feels very homey. The management is very responsive and you can communicate with them via WhatsApp whenever you have questions. The area around the apartment has stores, restaurants and Valencia market is just across the road.

The apartment was awkward to access upon arrival as the app lock didnt work and we were directed to a safe box to collect the key. Apartment was presented clean and tidy. Clean bedding and sheets. Additional towels would have be of benefit. Balcony was great to relax and chillout on. A basic welcome pack would be benificial a few more coffee pods tea sugar milk etc. We would stay again without hesitation

The apartment was large and clean and in a great location. Small balcony but still bad some outside space if you're a smoker. Couldn't fault it really for the price. I however put less than a perfect score because Expedia sent me an email saying check out was 11.30am, then the property sent me a digital key which informed me that check out time was 1pm, then on the final day via WhatsApp I was informed that check out was at midday. It made the checkout experience quite stressful.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and ideally located in central Alicante. It’s within walking distance of all the main sights, with the marina and the beach just a 10-minute walk away. However, be prepared to purchase your own basic amenities upon arrival. Essentials such as toiletries are not provided, there isn’t even hand gel available, just a single bar of soap. Similarly, kitchen supplies are minimal, so you’ll need to buy items like washing-up liquid. Even the coffee supply is limited to just one pod. If you’re travelling with young children, take note that the top bunk bed does not have a safety rail, which could be a concern. The sofa bed may be a safer option in that case. The door system is tricky if you don't know. So contact hotel for instructions. Then it's easy. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walking distance.

Wir wollten unbedingt eine Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Alicante und eine eigene Terrasse oder Balkon, auf der man sich auch Sonnen kann. All das haben wir im Teatro bekommen. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in weniger als ein paar Minuten bei etlichen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Auch ein großer Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Wenn man wollte, hätte man auch kochen und sich vor Ort verköstigen können.
