The room had a smell and I'm sure it was mold (not wierd since it was a hotel located -4 levels under ground)! there were four of us living in a four-bed room and everyone woke up every morning with a cough and dry throat. The room was also significantly smaller in reality than in the picture which made it impossible to be there except to go to bed!

The room is quite small. The pipes are very loud and creaky, even when not being used directly by yourself. There is no hairdryer or iron in the room, you have to go to a communal “beauty” room to use - makes you feel like you’re in school. Wouldn’t recommend apart from a very brief one night stay.

The staff were very helpful with check in but the room was very disappointing. There was nowhere for us to put our bags and stuff, just a bed and bathroom, so our clothes were on the floor. The bathroom is practically see-through, right next to the bed and with a big hole in the door. So no privacy at all. I found a long dark hair in my bed and both me and my partner are blonde. The room smelled of fresh paint and with no windows we just had to deal with the smell. It’s a great location and easy stay for one night but doesn’t feel cozy at all, actually more unsettling.
