The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful.
The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes.
The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit of ambience noise at night, and the hotel provides ear plugs.
The hotel is very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station. I suggest take the lift of exit A3 and avoid the escalator. The entrance of the hotel is at the small road next to a big commercial building.
The hotel provides pretty good value for the price, especially hotel of Tokyo is getting very expensive. Recommended to family.
