We did not have a good experience with them. While the property would be quite nice, it is badly maintained and managed. We reserved an executive suite for 2 adults and 2 children and even inquired where the children's bed would be placed (sofabed?) a week in advance. After replying that the sofa is not a sofabed and our question about where they will be placed were not answered, we arrived (after midnight) finding no beds for our kids. Not only that, but they also charged us US$50 per bed and night. Breakfast was also low quality. Sorry, but I would avoid this hotel.

Check was a weird experience, the reception sent someone to the room to check everything is okay. They said the seal for hard liquor bottle was broken. I don’t drink, and I didn’t even know they had hard liquor. Seal was broken, I guess next time we check all the seals. Unprofessional.
