J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour un collaborateur en déplacement. Retour très négatif sur tout, mais surtout sur la propreté, il a été obligé de demander à la réception de vérifier tellement c'était sale. Je ne réserverai plus cet hôtel.

- Il n'est pas normal de retrouver sa porte entre-ouverte le matin, alors que vous l'avez fermée à clé le soir. Par conséquent, quelqu'un s'est donc invité dans la chambre à notre insus!! Le service de nettoyage n'a pas à pénétrer dans les chambres alors que les clients sont encore à l'intérieur sinon à quoi ça sert de fermer sa porte à clé? - l'éclairage est trop direct dans l'ensemble de la chambre et fait mal aux yeux. - La robinetterie aurait besoin d'être détartrée C'est dommage car le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant est agréable.
