Great location. Midway between the cathedral quarter and city hall. The mourne seafood bar is next door, and Kelly’s Cellars pub is two doors down. Staff were very helpful if I had a question or for taxis.

NOISE UNTIL 2.00AM This hotel is next door to an extremely popular pub. This information was not disclosed anywhere in the booking process! I Strongly feel this should be mentioned (Clearly) in the hotel description as very loud music was played by the pub until 1.00am. People were hanging around making extreme noise until around 2.00am.

Staff make the place, friendliness by Mohammed at reception makes it feel like a home away from home. Was a bit nervous the first time visiting as there is a loud pub next door but they are also friendly and the halaal grill place on the other side is also eager to please, the young chap that runs it genuinely seemed interested in what to do to improve his place. You can also walk to the castle shopping centre in less than a couple of minutes.

Manager is terrible along with room service staff. I stayed there for 3 night but Im on a business trip/ leisure and wasn't really at the hotel. However i extended my stay to one more night but the Management refused to have my room service until next day check out. Rooms and very small.
