An apartment in the mountains

We had a nice and pleasant stay at Prestige Apartments in 88 Gibraltar. I booked a 3BR apartment and it’s perfect for my family of 5. It’s spacious and complete well except for toiletries that they didn’t have which was very minor. We just bought at the 7-11 convenience store just a 3min walk away. The place had a nice view of the mountains and the city. Very close to Mines View Park, a few walks. The 3 bedroom apartment had a living room with a tv, a dining room, a complete kitchen, and 2 baths. Good for a maximum of 8-10 people can fit here I guess.

Fantastic stay!

What an absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. Alvin was such a great host and Opalie was very helpful in getting us to our unti.The rooms were super clean and very well decorated with great amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of that you need. I will highly recommend this place.

In my reservation there was supposed to be 2 bath and a mountain view which I'm expecting to be at top floor instead, I got the 2nd floor and the view was like a dirty backyard and with 1 filthy bathroom. My family and I weren't comfortable so we left a day early. In their pictures the rooms looks nice and roomy but it's not so don't be fooled by their pictures. Rooms need a lot of TLC esp. bathroom. Also, no shampoo, soap, conditioner and hair dryer.

Property was in a nice location with a beautiful view from the apartment balcony. We liked the short walk to Mines View and the restaurants and souvenir shops along the way. We did encounter minor issues like bugs in the hallway and bathroom. While we understand that pests can be a common problem, the presence was more frequent. We appreciated the towels and extra blankets and sheets provided. however, the bedsheets in the master bedroom didn’t seem to be freshly laundered. Lastly, on the day of check-out the elevators weren’t working. Carrying luggage and bags down 4 floors wasn’t fun but the hotel staff & apartment manager was kind enough to help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. I enjoyed the stay. The property is close to Mines View Park which was pleasant. A short taxi ride could get you just about anywhere else you needed with ease. The couch is a tad small for two people but my girlfriend and I managed. The property was clean, lovely, intimate views, and I felt very safe with the security always there. There is a cafe below the apartment building which serves an excellent cup of coffee and pretty good food. Overall, I have no complaints. Everything was exceptional. When I return to Baguio I’d certainly stay here again.

Love this property. I would recommend this to friends and relatives. It's walkable to Mines View. Lots of souvenir and food shops. The rooms are well-maintained, clean and pristine. Would definitely go back to this property.
