The staffs there are very helpful, after I told them I am a light sleeper, they helped to locate me in a quite room, I finally had a good sleep after previous cities. We stayed at here for two nights on our first visit to Florence and loved it. It’s a small boutique hotel, around a 20-minute walk from the centre and main sights. Our room was large, quiet, and very clean, with useful amenities like an iron, safe, TV, and a great rain shower in the bathroom. The staff were excellent - very welcoming, communicating via WhatsApp ahead of our stay, and even arranging an early check-in. They personally showed us to our room, which was a lovely touch. Special thanks to Daniel and Leonia, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Do note that access involves two flights of stairs, though there’s a lift from the first floor up to the second, which helps when carrying luggage. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of cheese, ham, breads, jams, pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice, and coffee. A warm, friendly, and convenient base for exploring Florence - highly recommend!
