Viaggio veloce e confortevole

Soggiorno di soli 2 giorni, ma non posso eccepire niente personale cortese, posto pulito un po' fuori dal centro, ma è spiegato quindi niente sorprese e comunque la metro è a 5 minuti a piedi. Grazie se ricapita tornerò di sicuro

Ok but Not the greatest

Up an incredibly long steep hill. Nice marble floors, big room. Location difficult hauling luggage. We left at 5am for plane and I forgot my expensive scarf and Moroccan money in room. I emailed at 5:30 and the response hours later was that they didn't find them in the room and am I sure that I left it. I'm positive as I don't have either. They were no help.

The hotel is close to he Metro and there are some great local restaurants. The only thing was the very steep walk from the restaurants and bars to the hotel but you got to burn those calories. we were not disappointed and the staff were great.

The Aristol for a great location

Very good experience of this hotel. It is not a plush hotel, but it is friendly and very comfortable. The area is 10 minutes walk down to Sagrada Familia and perhaps 40 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. Avenue Gaudi is a lovely location of local restaurants and cafes, with a great buzz :-)

Hotel reasonably comfortable. Free WiFi but no signal. Surcharge for room cleaning, air conditioning and towel replacement. Check in took 45 minutes

Uno de los peores hoteles en los que me he alojado

Es sin duda el hotel más sucio en el que me he alojado. Estoy seguro de que no dedican más de 5 minutos a hacer cada habitación y se nota. Los colchones son viejos e incómodos, la ropa de la cama tiene pelos del cliente anterior, las colchas tienen agujeros y manchas de a saber de qué, en el minibar solo había los restos de una ensalada en descomposición que alguien se dejó allí semanas atrás,... No reponen los amenities, y estos solo constan de un botecito de gel y otro de body milk, nada de shampoo (debe ser un hotel para calvos). Hay enchufes que no funcionan, bombillas fundidas, ducha rota, y no tienen el típico cartelito de "no molestar. Pero realmente lo más indignante es que te cobra unas tasas abusivas en concepto de limpieza!!, electricidad,... a parte de la tasa turística, y no vienen incluidas en el precio de la habitación, te las encuentras cuando llegas sin posibilidad de anular la reserva y recuperar tu dinero. Además aún habiéndote cobrado ya la reserva te mandan un email antes de tu llegada solicitándote los datos de la tarjeta de crédito y que firmes y les reenvíes un formulario autorizándoles a hacerte más cargos, bajo la amenaza de anularte la reserva sin devolverte el dinero si no lo haces, a pesar de que ya hayas pagado la reserva. Este hotel sucio y decadente y su politica es abusiva y usurera. Es indignante hacer la reserva y encontrarte con todas estas sorpresas sin posibilidad de anular y recuperar el dinero. Me alegraré si llega a la quiebra

Respecto al hotel un diez, pero sobre el enlace de Hotels.com un suspenso, la reserva no la comunicaron al hotel. Hotel Aristol fueron muy humanos y nos solucionaron el problema, a pesar que estaba completo. Muchas gracias a Enrique, socio del hotel. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo!!!!

Pleasant clean hotel, good value.

Pleasant hotel near the Sagrada Familia (10 mins walk or so, downhill going, up hill returning) and around a 15/20 min walk to the Park Guell. I used the Metro to get down to the waterfront area and it was easy and cheap to do so. Clean hotel, decent breakfast (breads, cereals, cheese, meats pastries etc.) Free Wifi all over.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est très aimable, disponible. Les locaux sont propres. L'insonorisation n'est pas top, mais le coin est calme donc nous n'avons pas eu de soucis. Le parking est par contre cher compte tenu des tarifs des tarifs des parking publics surveillés. Proche station de métro, et du quartier de la Sagrada Familia, avec beaucoup de restaurants.
