We really enjoyed our stay at Tasso Suites. The superior apartment was perfect for a family of four. It was in a great location in Sorrento, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beach clubs. The parking is easy as the service picks up the car directly in the piazza next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Two room suite for 4 people. Very refreshing as many hotels just insert two additional beds into a regular room. This a truly a two-bedroom suite where 4 adults can stay comfortably. Location is very central where all the dining and shopping experiences are in Sorrento. Probably the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Italy. Staff was helpful to go above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Veldig bra hotell

Veldig moderne og fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Kort gåtur til alt man trenger å se i Sorrento. Rent og pent på rommet. Det eneste som kan påpekes var at det var flere bittesmå maur som krøp rundt på gulvet og skrivebordet. Vi håndterte de vi så og fant ikke flere senere. Fungerende aircondition. God seng. Stor og lys dusj. Lite støy til tross for at rommet vårt vendte ut mot gata. Vi rakk ikke å forsyne oss fra frokostbuffeten da vi skulle rekke et tidlig fly, men betjeningen pakket med to nistepakker til oss. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening som bisto med å finne beste buss til flyplassen. Ville absolutt anbefalt hotellet og kunne godt tilbrakt flere netter her.

Antonio y Josephina siempre buscando la forma de ayudarnos, nos recomendaron lugares buenisismos para cenar, actividades, tips para el estacionamiento, super amables con toda la familia. El lugar esta en la mejor ubicación posible a unos minutos caminando de los clubes de playa, de la avenida peatonal con todas las tiendas y restaurantes, cerca de todo. Las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias, el baño amplio y limpio, camas, aire acondicionado e internet muy bueno. Regreso sin duda a este hotel y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The location is great. Female staff member who checked us in was sweet. A different female staff member packed us croissants since we had an early Tour to capri and would miss the hotels bfast hours. Hotel bfast is paltry. Bathroom smelled awful - sewage/urine. They have 1 iron for the hotel (no ironing board) and it took the make staff member nearly an hour to track it down. My sister locked herself out of her room while her daughter was in shower. This same male staff member (who admitted he only works 1 night a week and doesn’t know anything) was useless and could not issue a new room key or let my sister back into her room. Sister waited nearly an hour to get back in when her daughter was done showering. Finally, when asked for airport transfer for 6 of us, hotel quoted 220 euro. All online providers charge 150 euro max - when I told staff this, response was “Good for you.” The location is a 10/10. That is the only redeeming factor. Despite location, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. There are plenty of other great locations/options!
