The shower was with the small water heater that never hated the water properly. In addition, the water in the shower wasn't running properly and it suits the condition of the entire shower and sink that are almost unusable. The hotel is located above the main street, which is noisy most of the day into the early hours of the morning. I would expect double glazed windows to prevent that from happening. Curtains are not blocking the sunlight so you find yourself wake up early hours of the morning if you got any sleep at all.

I was there two years ago and it was clear that the the hotel have lacked a bit on maining the rooms, the drain in shower was not cleaned so the water from shower could run out, the shifter between handshover and overhead shower was rusty and not working, so both was running water on the same time, over all the staff was friendly but not in same category as last time. The restaurant was a lot better now than first time

I stayed 4 nights here and the service was really good. The food is well priced and well done. If you are not staying here stop and try the wood fired pizza!!!! Room was comfortable and clean. Good location and an easy walk to everything Patong Beach has to offer but the right distance away from Bangla road to sleep comfortably. LOL I will definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel with rooms that exceeded my expectations. The little balcony, the bed, the size of the rooms, all were great. The bathrooms in the rooms could ise a bit of an update but its hardly a criticism. Overall for the price and location, i was very happy to stay here.
