The location was amazing ! It was walking distance to so much! If not walkable then the Ubers, taxis and hop on / hop off was easy and not too costly. The heating system for the water is problematic- I have given the company my feedback. Tareq has been really receptive ( my Greek vacation contact). We had a group of 5 adults ( 2 older adults- so the elevator was good) . Matresses very comfortable. I didn’t appreciate the taxi service I was referred to . On my arrival they didn’t stick to agreed price as my flight was really delayed from Heraklion to Athens - wasn’t a time to make money off of a customer.

The location was good and the apartment very comfortable. Communication with the manager not so good. I reached out at least two weeks before our arrival inquiring about early check-in or possibly storage for our bags. I didn’t get a response until the last minute. The answer was no to both requests. Once we checked in, the information for WiFi was incorrect. The washer didn’t have appropriate instructions.

Appartement très bien situé à 2 pas de la place monastiraki. Appartement donné 30 minutes en retatd, et àl'intérieur pas de micro-ondes comme dit dans l'annonce. Sinon l'appartement est propre , la literie confortable, bien isolé des bruits extérieurs. Je recommande
