The bed was really small and uncomfortable, my wife couldn't sleep well any of the nights. The location is excellent in the Vieux Port. The shower could be better but was fine.

The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. The sheets and pillows were dirty. But the workers there are friendly and let me keep my suitcase there after I checked out.

The hotel is basic but clean, despite being tight by the old port it was quiet and the air conditioning in the room was very welcome. The breakfast was basic but good. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good budget hotel in the centre of Marseille.

Simple, basique, bien placé, personnel gentil

Petit hôtel 2 étoiles, service minimum mais en accord avec le type d’hôtel. Chambre basique pas très grande mais bon état général et propre. Personnel très gentil. Bon placement. Un petit bémol indiqué au propriétaire le rideau qui ne couvre pas assez la fenêtre donc lumières de la rue la nuit et beaucoup de jour dans la chambre dès le lève du soleil. Pour autant bon séjour dans cet établissement.

The hotel is not accesible, the entrance to get to the lobby is only stairs, no elevator. With big luggage this was not very convenient. The WiFi never worked, we asked a few times and they said that there was a problem with the internet reaching the rooms, it only worked at the lobby. The shower was very very little, one person barely fit in there.

Déconseillé!!!

Le seul point positif c'est la proximité avec le Vieux Port. Je ne recommande pas: nous avons ramené des punaises de lit!!! Chambre exiguë, pas de place pour poser la valise, bruit de ventilation venant de la cour malgré la fenêtre fermée. La réalité ne ressemble pas aux photos. Pas d'insonorisation : on n'entend tout ce que disent les voisins.

This hotel is not accessible at all. Two flights of stairs to get to lobby and elevator. When we refused the accommodations, they refused to refund our money, even though it was clearly not accessible. Horrible experience. Please avoid, besides being inaccessible, they have no morals. They state stairless entry and accessible lobby, neither of which are true.

Det er litt vanskelig å skrive en anmeldelse av dette hotellet. Har man liten/ingen erfaring med å bo på billigere hoteller sør i Europa, vil nok mange snu i døren og løpe. Men man får det man betaler for. Og min datter og jeg dro ikke til Marseille for å sitte på hotellrommene våre. Jeg får bare lov å skrive 1500 tegn i denne anmeldelsen, dessverre. For her kunne jeg fort ha skrevet 5000 hyggelige ord om hotellet og personalet, hvor stikkord ville vært "fransk sjarme". I stikkord: - Ingen av personalet kunne engelsk. Gikk helt greit. - Personalet er utrolig hyggelige, og genuint glade for å ha oss der. - Renhold står til 10/10! Kjempebra! Kunne spist pudding rett fra badegulvet. - Wi-fi sviktende på sitt beste. - Dessverre ikke kjøleskap på rommene. - Effektiv og velfungerende AC. - Vi kunne selv bestemme tid for frokost (med hjelp av penn og papir). - Super-enkel frokost, men alt hva vi trengte. Oster, egg, syltetøy, juice, kaffe, baguetter, brød, kake. Enkelt og fransk. - Det var stille og rolig i hotellet. - Utrolig gode senger! - Klassisk fransk dusj som sildrer lett, må holde dusjhodet og regulere varmen mens man dusjer. - Man bor 50m fra havneområdet i Marseille!! Ut døren, sving til høyre eller venstre, gå over gaten, og man er der. Det bugner av restauranter og deilig sjømat. - Få meter gangavstand til kjøpesenter, markeder, handlegater, historie, kultur og alt annet. Vi besøker gjerne dette hotellet igjen. For beliggenheten, prisen og sjarmen :)
