Reception fantasma check in da incubo

Iniziamo col dire che per fare check in ci ho impiegato 4 ore,mi sono presentato per le 11 ed una donna che conosceva solo il portoghese mi ha detto che per contratto era pronta alle 14,mi son presentato e finalmente ho avuto le chiavi,peccato che la stanza non era stata pulita,in reception mi dicono di contattare il gestore,gli chiedo un'altra stanza ma mi conferma quella,dicendo che avrebbe fatto pulire,entro alle 15 e trovo il divano aperto, senza sapone ed ancora sporca. Ho chiestobdi chiudere il divano mezzo rotto ed il sapone,chiesto e mai ottenuto. Ho avuto bisogno di lui 2 volte ma mi ha risposto il giorno dopo. Internet funzionato male. Sembra un bunker la struttura ,non mi è piaciuto nulla, molte cose non funzionavano. Sconsiglio
