One of our faves

We've stayed at this property several times now and enjoy it each time. The bathroom was a little off putting, but not horrible. Or shower curtain had water stains and the tissue holder was loose. However, it was clean as far as the eye could see. My only other complaint from the last stays, was that our tv didn't work. We could get the cable channels however none of the APPs were working. This has happened twice now.

The hallways weren’t swept during my three day stay with visible crumbs and paper on the floors. My bathroom tub drain wasn’t attached and literally came off in my hand when I tried to open the drain. So gross. The valet driver blew snot out his nose onto the parking lot right before getting in the vehicle. Also completely gross and disgusting. Room could never get cool or under 73. It was very stuffy. They offered a fan which made me believe that I’m Not the only one who has had this issue.

Slept great!!

Cleanliness, and the fact the hot tub was out of order, are my only concerns. The bathroom, had hair from heads and shaving all over the shower and corners of the room. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in some time. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect. The staff were super nice and attentive.

Would stay here again.

Stayed two nights. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed minor repair. Shower was very nice and worked well. The wing we stayed in was in good condition and the lobby area had many amenities, including small quiet booths that one might make a private call or sit and work. The personnel were all very nice and helpful. The pool was beautiful. The women's bathroom by the pool had no doorknob and didn't close all the way. A few updates and repairs are needed, but overall the place was in good condition, safe, and well located.

Live and learn

Opened the door to our King room 329 and the room seemed a bit odd but was clean and okay, then we noticed a few things that was quite a surprise for a Sheraton. Bent toilet tissue holder would not hold a roll on it and the toilet barely flushed. The hardware closet door handle inserts were missing showing the inside of the doors and adhesive which had failed. After running a few hours of errands the next morning, we came back to our unserviced room to freshen up to find a letter from the housekeeping department saying this... "Dear Valued Guest, Due to the high occupancy and short staff, we do not ave enough Housekeepers to service every stayover. We have provided you with new towels (WHICH THEY DID NOT,) ...See attached photo. My wife visited the front desk to be casually told that they were unaware of any such letter and sorry for the inconvenience and would send up some towels and coffee pods, which they did (with NO CUPS) and then requested the Housekeeping letter back...which I snapped a photo of before I did. The cherry on the top was that the only elevator in our section of the building was blue taped in front of the doors for the rest of the weekend. The first 2 nights we were charged $150.00 for each night. The 3rd night we were charged $170.00...Seriously? We are pretty easygoing people. this was the most poorly managed property we've ever experienced and would NEVER recommend it to family or business associate.
