The room was very dated. Beds were comfortable. I will give it that. They kind of beat a timeshare presentation out of you at the front desk at check-in. It was pretty benign when we went to the presentation. I’m really glad we’re married and this wasn’t a first date!

Breakfast was okay, some of the room could be cleaner , curtains wouldn’t completely close, there was no microwave in room which was needed and expected. I told the man who checked me in that I was disabled and couldn’t walk very far with my cane and he still put me in a room all the way down the hallway at other end from elevator where I had to walk far in my condition so it was very hard on me. There was holes in the wall on doorway where lock was either pulled off or taken off. I thought this hotel room would be very nice but it was not worth what I paid for it.

Bikes where lock was pulled off or taken off. Looks like someone might have broken in.

Got off elevator and had to walk to other end of building after telling the hotel clerk I could not walk very far.

When we arrived all was good when we went to bed that night I woke up stuffed up and very nasally so did my son I check Ed the 2 filters on the room unit and they both were completely clogged with about 1/4” of dust and thick lint the bathroom vent on the wall also has li t around it and some mold T the top of the ceiling edge

We did not get to experience the hotel as they had a water line break. They did take care of us and put us in another one of their properties. It was very nice even though we booked the original hotel for the amenities. The customer service level was great. We will try and stay here again.

Yes no service in our room the whole stay but the worst things were it is way to expensive to check in early, $47 dollars to check in an hour early is ridiculous we had 2 rooms so it would have cost almost $100 Second the check out time is to early at 10am the elevators can not keep up with the amount of people trying to leave at the same time and with one stairwell closed it’s an absolute safety hazard, with the idea of extra cost if you’re not checked out by 10am it makes for a crazy mess

It was a nice room. Lots of amenities at the hotel. There is a push for timeshare with a future 3night 4 day reduced price stay. I took the deal, ive done these many times. As Nike says "just say no" Other than that great stay.

We paid more for an updated room and the only thing I noticed updated was a new headboard. Furniture in room was still very neglected. When we checked in we seemed to inconvenience the guy at the desk. The water was only luke warm at best no matter the time you tried. Looked very neglected. Bathroom vent that not sure it was actual vent that pulled air was really dirty. But breakfast and staff there was great. I didn't do any other amenities there.
