It was located near the Lighthouse Loop Trail which is beautiful.The faucet in the kitchen needs to be fixed. The faucet in the upstairs bathroom should be changed as it does not extend out enough and the sink lip fills up with water no matter how hard you try not to flood the lip. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

So long as you can do fairly steep stairs, Cabin's West is the place for families with older children or a couple of couples or small group of friends to stay. Such beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, and a bbq. One bathroom even had a jacuzzi. This is the best priced accommodation in the Long Beach Area.

Wow, this cabin was super clean, spacious, and the Jacuzzi up in the loft was fabulous! The BBQ was also very clean and easy to use. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all weekend. We will be back!

Very clean and welcoming cabin. Sofa bed was average for $ spent. Very well kept grounds and garden. There was construction across the street so it was difficult to relax and read outside. Would recommend but a bit too pricey for what you get and location.

I didn’t really enjoy my stay there. It was kind of like staying at your in-laws house. I didn’t wanna mess anything first hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in. That asked you to take your garbage out and clean up before you left. I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Loved our stay. Wonderful cabin that suited us well. Folks should know there are lots of stairs (40 from car to top bedroom) and I liked that, but could be hard for others. Beds were a bit hard and every one in our little family complained about pillows. None the less, we all enjoyed being here. Sitting on balcony listening to eagles chirp was the best!

Good place to stay in Ukee

Cabins West feels like a new property. It was very clean and one of the quietest places, at night, we've ever stayed. The quiet during the day was interrupted by the construction across the street. We were there in Sept 2024 and I anticipate the external construction to be completed shortly. While the amenities were all fine the little touches were a little short. The only spices available were salt and pepper, there was no plastic wrap, zip lock bags or aluminum foil. While these are minor things when you show up at a fairly expensive property like this the small touches make the stay easy.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with convenient parking. Nearby attractions and restaurants were all within walking distance, which was great. However, the sofa bed was way too soft—even as a fairly lightweight teenager easily sank deep into it, and the headrest was sagging. Another downside was the overly strict kitchen rules, which were inconvenient for longer stays. Not being allowed to clean and cook own freshly caught seafood was particularly disappointing.
