Excessive and repetitive communication via WhatsApp…over 65 messages in the two days leading up to reservation Multiple messages about same topic, asked for my documents 7 separate times! And then on day of check in—after 3 pm, notified that apartment was unavailable and they wanted to move me to nearby less desirable location. 20 more messages from them but No instructions on accessing property, entry ? Until 6 pm on day of check in. Ruined my weekend trip. Never again with bot reservation system

Espaço relativamente pequeno. Ponto positivo ter varanda. Cozinha apenas para o extremamente básico. Banheiro pequeno. No dia mais frio do ano faltou água quente para o banho. Roupa de cama não pareciam ter sido lavadas. Isso foi o mais grave.
