Ok but not great. Several lethargic or dead flies in our room upon arrival. Mouse trap and mouse droppings under the bathroom sink. Check in was challenging as we never received text instructions that we were told we would receive. Arrived around 8:30pm and had to ring the doorbell twice and knock loudly to get into the office and check in as it wasn’t staffed and was locked. The room next door to us had a couple of people who we saw bringing lit cigarettes into the room and were smoking on the steps right outside our room/their room pretty much all evening, right across from the front office. Genuinely surprised about all the positive reviews. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I highly recommend Monte Bianco and will stay here when I'm in the Mount Shasta area. Checking in was quick and convenient. I rented 2 rooms and they both were clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a safe and quiet area.

Nice clean room with super comfy soft bedding. The underneath of the bed is made of aluminum though, and it makes the crazy aluminum sound when you get in the bed. Check in was super easy, I was able to check myself into the room after hours at 8pm after making a reservation around 5. They put a lot of love into this place, would stay here again
