This hotel was fantastic and we definitely didn't expect it for the price we paid. It was so clean, the staff were friendly, we had everything we needed, they even gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast was amazing as well. We arrived late and went to the restaurant so our son could eat, when we said we really didn't want to eat anything, the staff offered to make us whatever we wanted. They were all so lovely. I hope I get to stay again someday.

Worst stay in years. Expedia shows it has Air/Con - it does not. At checkin I asked if the room had A/C and was told to my face YES. In the room it was baking. I asked reception to turn it on as it was switched off and they said they would. I called again 10 minutes later and they said they would. After 20 minutes I called again and just got rude "open the window as there is an electrical fault so it cannot be turned on" with clearly no intention of enabling the Air/Con. The following morning I was told the A/C was switched to heating and so could not be turned on. So reception had been bare faced lying. I contacted expedia and was further fobbed off leading to an offer of moving to another hotel, at 1am ? Really ? Based on inaccurate information. Not wanting to move at this time I agreed to a discount to stay. In order to open the window and let in slightly cooler air you have to have the curtains wide open due to their installation. The room is directly in front of reception and the front so the lights lit up the entire room. As the windows are open I ended up with bites all over me but to be fair this could have been bugs in the mattress given the state of them. The bathroom was disgusting, the edges of the shower had mould all over them, the floor was black with grime between the tiles. There were hairs in the shower. The hairdryer was damaged. During the night it rained, with the window open I got the full benefit of the rain on the large plastic roof skylights.

La literie est de très mauvaise qualité. J'ai dû demander un surmatelas, le matin. A mon retour le soir, le surmatelas n'avait pas été mis, j'ai dû le redemander.... La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas nous avons passé 3 nuits à plus de 26 degrés dans la chambre une horreur. Malgré mes plaintes... Sinon le personnel est gentil mais pas très réactif. Le petit déjeuner manque cruellement de diversité. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est au top. Je déplore qu'ils doivent porter de très lourds plateaux alors qu'un petit chariot serait appréciable pour eux.
