We loved our stay at Residenza Borgs Guazzo. Our room had everything that we needed, it’s clean, comfortable and in a nice and safe location. Our host, Antonio was easy to communicate with, and helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

I loved staying here . Antonio went our of his way to help me with my luggage, it was a10 min walk from the train station and also a short walk to all the must see places. The room is cozy, beautifully organized with the essentials, and has AC which was very much welcome in the hot days

I had a very comfortable stay. My host responded to queries very swiftly. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained. The room is small but suited me perfectly. Sehr gute Lage, Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum in max. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Modern eingerichtet. Bei Zimmer 2 im Bad leider keine Ablagemöglichkeit/Tablar für Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Kosmetik und dergl., dafür viele Handtuchhalter. Teekocher im Zimmer.

Il locale è in perfette condizioni, a pochi passi dalla stazione e anche a pochissimi passi dal centro. Dispone di tutto ciò di cui uno può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno, anche alcuni prodotti alimentari. Weekend a Parma

Zona perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria e vicina al centro, ma comunque silenziosa e tranquilla . Abbiamo soggiornato nel miniappartamento e 2 stanze. Sistemazioni belle e confortevoli. Non era prevista colazione ma il gestore ci ha fatto trovare nell'appartamento il necessario x la colazione del ns gruppo (cialde x caffè, bustine di te, latte, succhi di frutta, acqua e merendine confezionate). Inoltre ci ha gentilmente lasciato a disposizione una stanza fino al tardo pomeriggio per i ns bagagli. Super consigliato
