If you have luggage don't bother with this hotel. We chose it because of its proximity to the cruise port but they have no stairs and the office is not located in the same building and we had to roll our luggage down broken sidewalks.You have to sign a waiver that you understand that the place has no stairs. My poor husband had to tote all the luggage up the stairs and down the next morning. It was clean and the lady that ran the desk was friendly, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Yes on both accounts. If guests ask for a place to eat the staff should recommend the Thai restaurant 3/10 of a mile away. Easy walk and most importantly excellent food at good prices and the staff was amazing!!!

The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing. Our first night, we were placed in a TINY room that didnt reflect the pics. The manager was gracious and moved us to a better room the next night. No hot water was available and the AC was either full on and freezing or had to turn off. The only saving grace was the staffs kindness.
