8/10 Very good

A good place to stay if you aren't spending much time in the room. Small room but clean.
Justin, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to look after us; even giving us an early check in due to terrible flights. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is excellent. We would definitely recommend.

Very clean very comfortable and great location.

One of the cleanest most comfortable beds on my travels. Excellent shower and above all very clean. Very convenient.
John, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very smelly. Bedding was terrible.
Kristi, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Overpriced, loud, uncomfortable and dirty feeling. Suitable for a one night stay, but incredibly overpriced for what you get.
Leah, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff was friendly but property was smaller than advertised and did not look like the pictures. Would not stay at again in the future.
Harout, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff was great, but the room was not. It was clean but lacked amenities. It was very hot in the room and the fan provided barely moved the air. The bathroom was the tiniest bathroom I have ever been in with a sink so small brushing our teeth was a challenge. Also, our room was in the foyer and we were awakened at all hours of the night by loud chatter from guests and/or early morning staff. The area around the Clifden House left a lot to be desired. It was horrendously filthy. The price was comparable to a four-star hotel but was 2-star quality. Would not recommend.
ROSE MARY, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Unfortunately they moved all my belongings from one room to another while I was out at work, which felt very invasive.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pros: The staff were very nice and the room was very clean. Crisp sheets. The building is older and has a real cool vintage feel to it. Cons: Everyday cigarette smoke would come up our bathroom drains because we were close to the outside smoking area. The cleaning staff leave at 1PM so you have to be out of your rooms by noon or they don't get cleaned. They do not have laundry like the website says. Our bathroom was incredibly small. So small that you couldn't change your clothing in it in a shared room. There was very little storage for a quad room so we were living out of our suitcases which we did not have the room to do. All in all good for a short stay in a Quad room, but not great for a lengthy stay with four people. Just not enough room for four adults sadly. But nice area..

Dejligt ophold i Dublin

Skønt personale som altid er klar til at hjælpe. Jeg kom i bil og de var så søde at reservere en parkeringsplads til mig i det der er begrænset pladser.

8/10 Very good

This property does not have an elevator (lift) and has 3 floors (4 technically, the number the floors differently), so I suggest asking for a lower floor if you can’t do several flights of stairs daily. This property also do not have Air Conditioning. Otherwise, it was nice and simple.
Makini, 2-night trip

It was nice, but the walls are thing and you can... Hear your neighbours...
Kyle, 1-night trip

The place was dated and a bit musty. The rooms in the basement are terrible and very musty. They really need to clean them up before renting.

Jenifer, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great place, but bring noice cancelling headphones

Pretty good area, very walkable to most of the main parts of Dublin or a hop on hop off bus stop. Biggest problem is the extreme lack of room silence. You can pretty much hear every conversation anyone is having and it sounds like it's heavily raining when your neighbour has a shower. That usually wouldn't bother me too bad, but come 2am on my last night i got about half an hour of chatting and rolling suitcases up and down the halls. Twasnt Grand TBH
Tanya, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property was in a good location for my visit and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped with everything I needed. The onsite carpark was a major plus.

Noice levels

Very noisy, sadly couldn’t get a decent night sleep. Mainly from people coming in after a night out, and being really loud.
