It’s a self checkin service hotel and it very much feels like you’re actually living in Tokyo! We loved the space and location but definitely don’t expect your room to be cleaned daily or get typical hotel services. We got the room that had a separate sleeping space for our baby and it was perfect for our stay! Great amenities like a kitchen with everything you need to make food, and even a grocery store just across the street, it did feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

If you're looking for a quieter place away from the hussle and bussle and at a fraction of the price by being in the central areas of Tokyo, this place is awesome. Around the corner from OK supermarket, and the feel of luxury stay, for a value price. This was prefect for our young family as we didn't want to be in the busy areas, and wanted to explore more local options too, which we did! The location was perfect as it was in the middle of all the locations we wanted to go (eg Asakusa, Teamlab Planets, Disneyland, etc). Otherwise we'd be doing 2 nights for every location! Can't wait to stay at Minn again 😊
