These people had an attitude about everything. Most hotels I’ve been to have some sort of iron or steamer available. When I got there, I asked the front desk if they had an iron. They found one for me, which was great. My friend and I stayed for about four nights. On our third day the front desk asked us if we still need the iron because another guest needs it. We said “yeah, they can use it today, but we would like to have another iron tomorrow if possible.” Apparently, these people only have one iron for the whole building. When we asked to have another iron provided to us, they caught an attitude and said that we already had the iron for two days so essentially no, we couldn’t get it back. I told them I had no idea that the iron was supposed to be returned that quickly. I would’ve been mindful and ironed all my clothes immediately had I known. But nobody communicated that to me. When I reached out to the person for whom I had the WhatsApp number about the iron issue, he sent one of his staff members without properly communicating what the issue was. So the staff member comes to my door in a rush, asking me in a panic what was wrong. I looked at him confused and I said I was just waiting on the iron. He then gets an attitude with me as if he couldn’t be bothered. He said another guest was using it. I said “OK so you guys can take the iron from us when someone else needs it but now that I need it, you won’t ask for a back?“ essentially penalizing for their bad communication
