The staff is amazing, although the numbering of room seems confusing but the cafe waiter is patient enough to bring me to the right room despite it's not even his job - this is going beyond his duties and he didn't demanded any tips but he deserved one

Staff super friendly, interior no maintenance looks dull, blanket and toilet are dull too, beside these all is good, breakfast is good, pool is good and we enjoyed the stay! They just need to do well maintenance will do. As for location is not bad as the golden prawn seafood is 5min walk, and 6min walk to D’Sands and some new restaurants are nearby.

The property was beautiful and picturesque. Breakfast was good. The villa was spotless and very comfortable. Downside was the villa was right by a tennis court of some sort and they were having a game and were noisy late at night as we were trying to sleep. That was only the first night and the next few nights was better.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer (je nach Zimmerkategorie) lädt zwischendurch zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.

Place was clean, staff were hospitable and spa sessions were great and inexpensive as they offer discounts for in-house guests. Only downside was there was a bar/pub blasting music near our room outside of the boundaries of the property. Understand that it was out of control but if you are bringing elderly/children I would suggest you ask them for a quieter room further from nightlife spots. Otherwise had a great stay !

Great Indonesian hospitality. Nicely nestled in a quiet part of a bustling neighborhood. Walkable to the Water Parks, Food Street, Amusement Part, Factory Outlets, and Restaurants. Also not too far from BCS Mall and the Zoo. Rooms need a little touch up as they have weathered the test of time... We booked a 2 bedroom unit, the in-unit pool was great. Room Service is also faster than many other places. One thing that didn't go so well was the check-out. This took a long process as the chamber staff had to do an inventory of all the items... a resort that is branding itself as a more upmarket venue shouldn't still be doing this... however, I understand considering what type of guests the resort attracts. Complimentary breakfast daily; a la carte from Mon to Wed and Buffet from Thu to Fri. Will surely return!

The property was about a 15 min drive from Batam Centre ferry terminal. Enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Woda Villa. Check in was smooth and swift. We were greeted by friendly and polite staff. The Balinese Aromatic massage was excellent. Really worked out all the kinks in our tired bodies. The property is a walkable distance to a stretch of really cool cafes and restaurants. Really easy to travel to malls and other destinations by grab. Simple furnishings in the villa but good enough for us. What I love most is the hospitality. I am a breastfeeding mother who is travelling without my baby for this trip so I had to pump my breastmilk. The staff were kind and accomodating enough to allow me to store my milk and ice packs in their freezer at the reception. I am truly appreciative of this gesture. The only downside is that the wifi was wonky but that is not a major issue for us. Breakfast was served at staggered timings and we liked that coz it avoids overcrowding. Yes we can hear loud music from the nearby food and entertainment establishments but we didn't mind that either coz they played good music. All in all, we had a good time.

Check in is smooth and the staff was well fluent in her English. The room is clean and cozy. We book the room that comes with a shared swimming pool with other 5 rooms. But i hope the allocation of the room can be more attentive. I was given the room with the other 5 rooms whom were all friends or relatives. Me and my partner feels a bit uneasy. At least i was hoping to give us a room that will be shared with other 5 different customers. Piss off on the check out. All the while both me and my partner obey the rules by not smoking in the room. But the cleaner reflect to the counter that they smell cig smell upon open the door. I can understand why they are able to smell as we smoke at the balcony , we didn't close the sliding door so the smell might goes into the room. But i feel its to much to say by sniffing and argue that we smoke inside the room as there are no evidence showing cig butt or ashes all around the room. In the end, i still able to avoid been fine by them. But its a terrible experience.
