La habitación Agua era con dos camas matrimoniales, pero estaba muy apretada... La regadera si le abrías con toda la presión, salpicaba por todos lados y mojaba todo el baño. El cobro de 700 pesos por mascota es excesivo. Cuando mis mascotas pasan desapercibidas, no me costaba nada meterlas de contrabando... Y en la aplicación de Expedia no menciona el cobro. Pueden cobrar como depósito, y devolver el dinero si no hay ningún daño causado por el perrito. La comida era buena.

Mala experiencia, te hacen un cobro por ingresar una botella de vino, la regadera salía el agua muy caliente y después de la nada empezaba a hacer frío, te ofrecen el servicio de pizzas, pero como tenían bufet ya no te quisieron vender para orillarte a que pagaras este servicio

Bonito el lugar pero está escaso de personal , nos tocó la mala experiencia que no tenían todos los alimentos que menciona la carta aunque gracias a la atención de la Sra Conchita una excelente persona logró conseguir los alimentos. Las camas deliciosas lugar tranquilo bonito pésima la calle donde entras y peor aún si te toca lluvia; algo que no me gustó es que si llegan a tener un evento de cena romántica contratado por algún huésped lejos de poner en un cubículo apartado del restaurante a los festejados usan todo el restaurante para ellos y a uno lo limitan poniéndonos en un rincón creo que eso no debe de ser ya que te hacen sentir poco importante; por último otro detalle que no me agradó es que no te dicen que tienes que informarles que te hagan la limpieza de tu habitación cosa que no debería de ser ya que por eso es un hotel boutique vuelvo al punto de un inicio hace falta personal enfocado en sus actividades ya que me pude percatar que una persona hace todo y no se da abasto.

El día que llegué no pude bañarme en la noche, porque no había agua caliente, durante la noche, cuando abres la llave de agua o usas algún servicio las tuberías empiezan a hacer ruido, esto sucede toda la noche, cuando la gente pretende dormir, a pesar de qué lo reporte no hubo solución, Pagué cuatro noches y sólo me hospedé dos porque era imposible descansar, también te dicen que hay una laguna y que el lugar está maravilloso, la verdad es que la Laguna está seca y te lo venden como parte de las amenidades

El lugar es muy agradable. Solo señalaría la necesidad de limpieza de las sabanas, pero con la atención me hicieron el favor de proporcionarme unas limpias. El techo de las habitaciones requiere de un acabado más estético por dentro. Las toallas son muy delgadas y sueltan mucha pelusa.
