Wonderful surroundings, buildings and pools. The staff were attentive and the food just marvellous, both breakfast and evening meals. The only downside for us was that my elderly mother was visiting with us who found it difficult to get about as the buildings and pool are separate, it would have been good to have had an option for mum to be moved around in one of their electrical vehicles, and steps around the villa had no handrails so assistance was always required, but everything else was wonderful.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Absolutely breathtaking grounds and beautiful chic interiors. Everywhere you look just takes your breath away. Luxurious amenities use and generous breakfast. This is a beautiful location and the facilities are stunning. Really everything is picture perfect and you are only 20 minutes from Montepulciano and 30 minutes from Pienza. Both are amazing to explore and offer excellent dining options. The concierge recommended Tuscan Sweet Dreams to take us to a vineyard and through the Val d’Orcia. This was truly memorable. I recommend it without hesitation. The hotel experience is absolutely top tier. The restaurant is not at the same level of perfection as the hotel stay.
