We stayed in the annex in the lower level. The apartment was very clean and well appointed and the location was great. The issue was that we didn’t realize that we had to navigate so many steep stairs until after we booked. This should have been made clear on the website. Don’t expect to see staff around but if there is a question or concern, someone gets back to you quickly.

Very clean accommodations, comfortable king bed, with great water views. Step from room to large deck overlooking center beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping at Bearskin Neck. While Rockport is a destination resort town, it becomes very quiet in the evening but close to Gloucester where many entertainment venues are available.

We had a beautiful, ocean view room that was very clean and comfortable. We were warned about the ongoing construction/renovation - but this activity really did not bother us at all. The staff that we met were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate us including allowing us a late check out. Great location, close to everything if you are okay walking. Pictures reflect reality, but be aware, they do not have a bar. The upstairs outdoor area is beautiful - but it's up to you to provide the beverages/books or whatever you please. We would stay here again if visiting Rockport in the future.
