The room was clean and very well designed. The restaurant serves tasty and healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located next to the Stoos funicular – a perfect location for starting hikes to Klingenstock and Fronalpstock.

Love this hotel! Very modern aesthetic. Right next to the funicular. The staff were very friendly and informational. Hotel did not have air conditioning but kept the balcony door open and it was fine.

The hotel was super clean and safe. I travelled alone and I always felt comfortable. It is a bit of a trek to get to from Zurich airport if you have never been to the country before but it is easy to get to once you know how to take transport. The restaurant food was delicious. there are a few hiking trails in the area that are perfect to do if you don't want to travel too far on a certain day to get a gorgeous view

Very nicely located at the arrival of the cable car, 3 minutes by foot, no noise, brand new hotel. You can start skiing from there. Just huge and crowdy. Though I stayed 4 nights, I had to change room after 1 night because of different customer name and the other room was much smaller. Funny meal ordering system, but convenient.

We arrived and realized the air conditioner was not working in our room. At first the staffs told us there wasnt anything they could do and told us all we can do is to "keep the windows open" but shortly after they changed us to a different room. Very appreciative of the kind staff who went out of her way to do this for us.

Great location, nice rooms and lovely staff. Meals, very small and overpriced. No bar/mini fridge in hotel room which is incredibly disappointing. No way to store anything at a low temperature. Unable to store medicine required below 18 degrees, unable to store baby milk. Would not stay here again unless fridges are in hotel rooms. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer a fridge and I think this is a massive over site during design or simply done so they can make as much money as possible by people buying everything from the restaurant however this doesn’t solve the storing issue even for stuff not required to be eaten from a restaurant. Overall 3/5 is the best this hotel deserves and they need to think more about what is required in a hotel room.
