Breakfast order could not be fulfilled because they didn't have the ingredients Room smelled like sewage Air condition didn't work Broken bed. Terrible noise from 7:30-5:00, using saw to cut metal for construction that is going on. Room #12 Had the AC/Bed problem, we were moved to #14, this one is has the horrible smell. Front desk person in charge lied to us. He said if we wanted to check out we would get reimbursed for second night. They made threats that if we did not removed the initial comments we were not going to refund us through credit card method. We decided to go to another hotel, came back and they denied previous offer. They did not want to refund us. So I am going to go further with the process through my bank.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is extremely dated and they are currently renovating. There was construction noise promptly in the morning and into the evening. They played loud music constantly. The food was disgusting and the pools were dirty. You can tell they don’t clean them. We had insects in the room and the shower was clogged. The hammocks looked gross. They clearly don’t clean this property. Stay somewhere else.

I highly recommend not staying here. We checked in staff didn’t help with luggage up the stairs. We go out to the pool area and the pool is disgusting. Takes forever to get a menu or waiter. Ordered food nothing good about it. Great go upstairs to get ready for bed and shower/brush teeth and it’s salty water. They don’t have filtered water the rooms are so small and nothing good about them. We ended up just leaving and stay elsewhere because it wasn’t worth it to us at all. It was so bad we left 2 days early and lost over $200 dollars.

Keep searching.. not worth the price.

The hotel did not advise they are under construction. **The shower drain was clogged up, takes about 1 hour to have 3 adults shower completed** (STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 16) 1 roach walking in my room. Service was pretty decent. Most everything was ok but be aware, don't take showers in the room and don't expect much of a room with insects (possibly rodents)
