I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Blues Suites Medellín. My room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, complete with a private balcony overlooking the green belt — an unexpected oasis of calm in the city. I actually spent early mornings birdwatching from the balcony and added 12 new species to my life list, which was such a special surprise! The rooftop area is lovely, and the included breakfasts were hearty and delicious — a great way to start the day. But what really made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and a special shout-out to Christian, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond helping me book transportation, make changes to reservations, and generally made everything feel easy and smooth.

Off The Beaten Off

The hotel is kind off the beaten path which is why we chose it. That said, we liked not being in the middle of it all. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is great. The rooms are okay but overall, we had nothing to complain about.
