Modernes Hotel mit leichten Einschränkungen

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Berlin und haben im The Base Berlin ONE übernachtet. Das Hotel und unser Zimmer sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sauber und bot ausreichend Platz. Ein täglicher Zimmerservice ist kein Standard, was uns aber nicht störte. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig. Es bestand aus den täglich gleichen Zutaten (1 Brötchen, 1 Croissant, etwas Wurst und Käse, Ei, Butter und Marmelade) auf einem vorbereiteten Teller. Dazu eine Tasse Kaffee. Obst, Gemüse etc. wurden nicht angeboten. Für ein bis zwei Nächte noch akzeptabel. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hängt einem das irgendwann zum Hals raus. Obwohl unsere Kreditkarte bereits vor dem Check-In belastet wurde, mussten wir beim Self Check-In noch einmal bezahlen, da wir ansonsten nicht ins Hotel gekommen wären. Nach einigem Hin und Her wurde uns der doppelt bezahlte Betrag dann einige Tage später zurück erstattet. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel empfehlen, wenngleich wir bei einem längeren Aufenthalt das Frühstück hier weglassen würden. Dafür gibts ausreichende abwechslungsreiche Angebote in der näheren Umgebung.

Ungeeignet für 2 Pers.5qm kleiner als angegeben.

Appartement viel kleiner als angegeben. 18qm statt der angegebenen 23qm ( Balkon wurde wohl als Wohnfläche gewertet). Absolut ungeeignet für 2 Personen. Bett steht mit einer Seite an der Wand. Bleibt es so stehen, muss einer über den anderen klettern um ins, bzw. aus dem Bett zu kommen. Zieht man es von der Wand weg, geht die Balkontür nicht mehr auf. Nachttische sind nicht vorhanden (kein Platz). Nach fünf Tagen hatten wir es zum Glück zu den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption ( Mo-Fr 8 - 20 Uhr) geschafft uns frische Handtücher zu besorgen. Geschirrtücher hatten wir uns selbst gekauft. Es wurde in 10 Tagen einmal gereinigt, außer der Balkon, obwohl wir darauf hingewiesen hatten, dass sich wohl ein sehr großer Vogel dort erleichtert hatte. Die Mülleimer wurden alle bis zur Abreise nicht geleert. Küchenzeile war praktisch, die Schränke geräumig und das Badezimmer ok.

Nous avons solliciter la réception pour un changement d’oreillers,une présence de cafards, un balai que nous avons jamais pu obtenir ! Malgré notre insistance, il n’y a jamais eu de réactions de la part du personnel de l’hôtel ! Nous ne renouvelerons pas notre expérience décevante dans cet établissement et je le déconseille à toute personne qui souhaiterait se rendre à Berlin !
