The room was dirty in the sence that there was cerial on the floor and starburst wrappers clearly visible around the bed. Also about a hour after we checked in a staff member unlocked the door and walked in without knocking and the hotel wasn't willing to make any accommodations to rectify this.

Our beds had stained sheets on the bed that had not been changed from the last guests. We were able to get a room change and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The new room we got had a dead moth on the floor. Housekeeping needs to improve.

This building is new. The rooms are very well set up for a long-term stay. The desk is a great size with very convenient outlets. The cubbies and drawers were abundant and easy to use. The halls are kept very clean. My room was clean except for a few spots on the door and floor.
