ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL WAS LARGELY EMPTY THE "DUTY MANAGER" SAID HE COULD NOT GIVE ME ROOMS CLOSE TO MY 85 YEAR OLD MOTHER WHO SUFFERS FROM DIMENTIA AND WHO HAS A HISTORY OF MIDNIGHT STROLLS. THE HOTEL WAS MINIMALLY CLEAN, BATHROOM FACILITIES ANCIENT AND IN POOR CONDITION. THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS DIRTY, POORLY PRESENTED. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO SOMEONE NEEDING TO SAVE A COUPLE DOLLARS AT THE COST OF A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP IN A BETTER HOTEL.

This is a terrible place. The rooms are run down and filthy. Hotels.com should remove this property from their site. The young ma at the check in desk was very friendly but unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about this place.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was lovely. It was nice to have breakfast (with fresh fruit) made available in the morning. However, this is a large, 2-story motel. It is a more vintage venue and as an elder person I have this advice: If you cannot do stairs, please request a first-floor room. There is no elevator.

Room was nasty, hair on towels, sticky counter, smelled like molded old carpet, blood stains on shower drapes. I would not recommend. Spend extra to find better stays, this one ain’t it.

The place looks nice from the outside & while the room wasn't horrible the 1st thing we saw when we walked in the room was a big cockroach laying on the bed relaxing. We were serenaded by the drunk people in the room next door to us for several hours. The bed was not comfortable at all but we managed. I would have thought for the price it would have been a little better.

Had to call on the phone to get a agent at the desk, no one was at the desk when I got there shortly after 7. The room was nice, bed could use updated. Had to call the desk twice to complain about the young people in the room beside me. The second they offered to move me, nice gesture not gonna happen at 1030 at night tho. Other than that, the stay was nice

There was no one there, we got there about midnight to check in, asked for bottom floor room, told there was non but looked like there were plenty. Was put on the back side of the 2nd floor near so called pool. Beds were NIT comfortable at all, room were nasty. Glad we only slept couple hours and left. Idk how hotels.com can use then. Didn’t even take pictures cause couldn’t get out fast enough, felt dirty after staying there. Took a shower with shoes on, still felt dirty. Had young children with us as well and they had red bites on them after we left. So very disappointed. Was definitely NOT worth the little bit of money and time spent there.

The room was fine, but when we booked our stay from Long Island, it mentioned "full breakfast". When we woke up, anticipating a breakfast, there was no breakfast. There were only a few sausages dried up, dried up eggs, cereal looked old, no sugar, packages of creamer so old, that it curdled in the coffee. The shame of it all, is that the room where the supposedly breakfast is served, was probably very welcoming in it's day. unfortunately, we won't be going back.
