Comfortable room but hotel below expectation

We were negatively surprised that Agra is actually located at the third floor of a "pallazzo" without an elevator, very inconvenient for guests with limited mobility, who have to climb 45 steps to get there. Tthey offer no food on the premises, guests have to go to a café nearby (but outside) to have breakfast or anything to eat. There is practically no staff present at the reception, which makes guests feel exposed. Apart from that, the room was comfortable and the location was excellent.

Very nice hotel in a posh area, many restaurants & fancy shops nearby. Close to the sea, perfect for morning runs. The hotel itself was very quiet (no noise from the adjacent rooms), but the area can get a bit loud during the weekends. Breakfast is served in a cafeteria just outside the hotel. Overall a very pleasant and smooth stay.
