We do not recommend staying here. I had high hopes as my conversations with the company before arrival was pleasant. They seemed to be very accommodating so thought this would be a nice stay. The man, Stefano, who checked us in was great and helpful! The issues started when we got to the “hotel”. - Our coffee machine didn’t work. We got a replacement one, but this should be checked before guest arrive. When we told the front desk man he seemed be annoyed that we were asked if these things could be fixed and blew us off. -Our toilet did not work. The toilet broke 3 times during our stay. We had to ask twice for it to be fixed, then it still broke again. Luckily my boyfriend was able to figure it out after an hour or so, but once again we shouldn’t have to be completely repairs when we are staying at a hotel. And no we never flushed any products down. -The bed frame was terrible. Any time you sat on the bed it would screech and move 2 feet. We constantly had to get up and push it back to the wall. All of this would be bearable, but the main issue was the front desk man. He should not be working in hospitality. He was aggressive towards us, and rude. He made the experience one we would never recommend to anyone else. Stay anywhere else. You’re paying hotel prices and this is not a hotel.

Alloggi Acquavita Hotel

It was a hotel I chose because of its good location. Before settling in, they informed me about the reception location and the city tax amount (24€) via email and WhatsApp messages. You get the key from the reception (the attendant was very helpful and friendly) and walk for 10 minutes before reaching the hotel. The room is unheated, we tried to warm up with the air conditioner, we were quite cold. Please go in thinking that your feet will get cold in a cold room with stone floors. I think the windows need some maintenance.

Basic clean and comfortable.

Room right on the canal. Clean and comfortable. Easily accessible to attractions. My one disappointment was their stringent checking in policy. As our Ryanair flight landed at 21:30 we had to stay at the airport, at our own expense. First night nonrefundable. But, i would plan properly and stay here again.

scarsissima attenzione al cliente. le chiavi vengono consegnate in una struttura e l'alloggio si trova da tutt'altra parte. indicazioni difficili da seguire e rintracciate dopo che è stato fornito un nuovo indirizzo. struttura senza reception il loco, ma per contro, utilizzata come deposito per lenzuola e biancheria sporche. al chek-in chiedono gli estremi di una c/credito per addebiti di costo della camera (già prepagata) e per eventuali danni, ma la firma è chiesta prima che il cliente possa prendere visione della camera stessa e quindi per verificare le effettive condizioni dell'immobile. alle nostre rimostranze l'addetto alla reception non ha saputo dire altro che lui era solo un addetto e che gli risultava che fosse tutto scritto nell'annuncio. pessima esperienza. mai ricevuto un simile trattamento nonostante noi frequentiamo venezia molte volte l'anno.

This property was filthy. My husband and I arrived to find a smelly, hot room, there were flies all in the shower and bathroom, several on the walls in the bedding area. There were little black hairs on the bed spread. The sheets were clean, but you could quickly see that the actually bedding covers were not. The refrigerator has black mold in it and the door into the street (we opened to try to get cool/fresh air) had so much trash in the space in between. This was an experience AFTER having the hardest time locating the actual room. And once locating the room, we were informed we have to go another 12 minutes walk (with all our bags) to check in and receive the keys. My husband and I were discugusted by the room and ultimately decided to book a Marriott hotel with my company discount just to get out. We didn't stay at all (other than the hour or so it took to find another place so last minute). Despite all of that, and pictures supporting our concern, the tenant was not willing to give us any sort of assistance or refund. His only offer was to have his housekeeping come the following day at 4 PM to clean (again). This was a lower-cost room, I understand. So amenities were not expected, I realize that. We just wanted a simple room, on the water to really immerse into the culture, I am a Marriott employee, so finding a nice affordable hotel is not an issue. I was seeking experience. One that yes, was cheaper, but that is NO excuse for the absolute filth of this room.

Stanza piccolissima, con lavandino proprio in camera da letto. Bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet. Infissi in pessima condizione. Accessori e arredamento presenti nel minimo indispensabile (assente poggiasapone doccia, divisorio fisso doccia-bagno, c'è solo una tenda volante che fa si che il bagno si allaghi ad ogni utilizzo)

Panorama suggestivo, lampadario interessante, pareti e tende simili a quelle di un nobile di stirpe regale dell' 800 . Specchio funzionale, ma con postazione poco efficace. Armadio superlativo con grucce. Fono palloso, TV con antenna difettosa, climatizzatore incompreso.

Loved it!

Service was excellent. The girl at the front desk worked very hard to get the safe working for us. She didn't give up until she succeeded in finding the keys and new batteries. Bright charming spacious room, spotless, nice big windows looking over a schoolyard. Great location close to F.te Nove water taxi stop, just a short ride to Murano. Bed was very comfortable - a beautiful 4 poster. The fridge worked, the wardrobe was spacious and clean. The teensy weensy shower was quite an adventure. Only cons were: no screens on the windows so could not open them at night; and no elevator, which was only a minor issue on arrival and departure with luggage.

Decepção

Se possível evitem esse hotel, pois passamos e vimos pessoas passarem por uma situação horrível. O check-in é feito até as 21:00 e sabia que iria chegar no local em cima da hora. Liguei para o recepcionista e ele me informou que poderia aguardar por um certo tempo. Porém meu voo atrasou e assim que cheguei em Veneza, por volta das 20:40, liguei para o estabelecimento mas ninguém atendeu. Continuei ligando várias vezes e quando cheguei no local a porta estava fechada. Por sorte uma pessoa que estava passando na rua me ajudou a achar um outro lugar para passar a noite, pois a cidade estava com quase todos os hotéis cheios. No dia seguinte, voltamos ao Locanda Acquavita e fomos forçados a pagar pela noite que não quiseram nos receber. E ainda por cima na última noite em que fiquei lá a mesma coisa aconteceu com outro casal. Também achei um absurdo o jeito que o gerente do hotel nos tratou ao saber da situação e o recepcionista ainda por cima quis ter razão e nos chamou de mentirosos, pois ele disse que esperou e não aparecemos. Um outro funcionário disse que normalmente quando isso acontece é cobrada uma taxa extra e ele mesmo aguarda o hóspede chegar, mas isso não ocorreu.

Pésima recepción y baño incómodo

Llegué temprano y estaba lloviendo. Sabía que el check in era más tarde pero pensé que mínimo podía esperar ahí un rato sin mojarme y no me dejaron. El de la "recepción" me dijo que no podía entrar hasta la hora de check in. Por otro lado el baño súper incómodo, la regadera está literalmente en en escusado. O sea todo el baño es la regadera, como si dentro de la regadera estuviera el lavabo y el inodoro.

Preiswerte und zentrumsnahe Unterkunft in Venedig

Das Haus liegt im Norden von Venedig, aber in ein paar Gehminuten ist man mitten im Zentrum. Es ist für Venedig eine sehr preiswerte Unterkunft, man hat aber nicht die Annehmlichkeiten eines größeren Hotels wie 24-Stunden check-in. Um 21 Uhr sollte man vor Ort sein. Zimmer und Bad waren etwas beengt. Schön fand ich, dass Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer bereitgestellt wurden. Als positiv empfand ich auch das gute WLAN.

Ok per soggiorni brevi

Consiglio Locanda Acquavita a chi, come noi, ha bisogno di un punto di appoggio in posizione strategica a Venezia. La zona è infatti piacevole, tranquilla e vicinissima alle Fondamente Nove, terminal del vaporetto perfetto anche per viaggiare verso le altre isole della laguna. Il servizio è modesto: ad accoglierci c'era una sola ragazza che, nonostante la gentilezza e la cordialità, era l'unico riferimento per tutti gli ospiti. Di conseguenza abbiamo atteso un po' per effettuare le pratiche di check-in. Inoltre è stato macchinoso lasciare la cauzione, in quanto la gestione richiede gli estremi di una carta di credito (e non di debito) per effettuare la pre-autorizzazione di addebito: abbiamo dovuto optare per i contanti, il che ci ha forzati a tornare in struttura il pomeriggio della partenza. Perlomeno abbiamo depositato i bagagli. Comunque, non sono sicuro che l'operazione fosse infattibile con una carta di debito (è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere). La camera a noi destinata era fin grande considerate le nostre esigenze (era più tripla che doppia) e si presentava ben fornita. Ciononostante la condizione della struttura e degli elementi d'arredo era tutto sommato mediocre: un rinnovo ad alcuni elementi logori non guasterebbe. Inoltre la privacy non era propriamente ottimale, visto che la camera era adiacente all'ingresso della struttura, separato da una semplice porta quindi non insonorizzata. Letto comodo e bagno privato sufficiente.
