Great location. Limited parking and at an additional cost.
Richard R, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Loved our stay here! Very close to the Quebec Summer Festival which we had tickets to. We were able to go by foot from the hotel!
Catherine, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The whole no front desk thing was weird, and nerve racking, but it did work. The location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Just be sure to fill out that check-in form SUPER early.
Guillaume, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great location, for walks in the park and shopping.
Erick, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

I love the proximity of Les Plaines, St-Jean street, Cartier and the whole FEQ. Could easily walk to Chateau Frontenac. Staff was super helpful and friendly but some renovations will be necessary soon, better AC and a few more parking spots
Barbara, 6-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Loved it! Fantastic location, room was quaint and smallish but when in Quebec City... life becomes chill snd time spent inside your room is far less. Hosts responded to my inquiries very fast. Highly recommend this stay!
Leon, 5-night trip

all good
Audrey, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Check-in was difficult since the code for room was not working. Windows did not close and latch properly.

Olga, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The room did not seem to have been vacuumed. The A/C likely did not work well, so they put a portable unit in. This would have been OK, but they attached the exhaust to posterboard and duct taped it to an open window - the tape did not hold - rather tacky. It would be a very nice place if cleaner and a working A/C unit. The bed was nice and the location is great.
David, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I like two big beds
LI, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Good location for short stay.
Cassidy, 5-night trip

4/10 Poor

The name hotel manoir is misleading. This is not a hotel. Our room was clean but the locks were not functioning and since it is an unmanaged hotel it was challenging to access. Also with a hotel you expect certain amenities like basics which this place did not supply.
Nicole, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Helpful staff, clean rooms, quiet and very well located
Beautiful lanterns on Cartier St.
sally, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Wouldn’t recommend. It’s nothing like the photos. We were stuck outsi
Mishka, 4-night trip

8/10 Good

When we arrived, the code for the entrance et our room didn’t work. We had to call and text the staff so we had to wait maybe 20 minutes in total to have acces to our room. The room was a bit smelly (in close smell) but the room was clean. Very close to all restaurant and down town the location was perfect
Melodie, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great location. Clean. Great price
Thomas, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Basic selfcheck room, but clean. It was quite and fairly cheap because it was mid-week
STEPHAN, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

First time with an autonomous Hotel. The coded door on the side of the building was not functional. The room we had reserved (309) still was occupied at 5 pm as we found clothes lying around, stuff in the bathroom, ... I sent pictures to a phone assistant, could not sleep there. A complete refund is required here.
Mario, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The hotel was clean and pleasant - glaring issue was how loud everything was. Very difficult to sleep when you can hear every door being closed and every foot step throughout the building.
Alex, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Nice area and bike rentals a block away
Emiliano, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Perfectly located, quiet and cozy!
Claudia, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Only 3 on-site parking spots are reservable. It is adequate for a place to rest after a day of touring Quebec City. It is conveniently located near many restaurants.
Irene, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Basically the building is old but the location is really good. It is close to Old Quebec downtown and also nature around is good.
