There was NO fridge in the room. The bathroom was in the room too so no privacy. Sadly the soundproofing was poor. People in adjoining room very noisy till 1:30am noise stopped only after being spoken to by night manager. With only 3 hours sleep i was not happy and there was no offer of any compensation. The wait staff in the restaurant had a habit of rushing past you as they yelled some response over their shoulder, so unprofessional. Reception staff very helpful. The room was clean. We were not impressed with the dinner so avoided the breakfast. Our balcony over looked the roof of the restaurant with all the aircon structures, not so nice. I would not return to this hotel and probably no more Fletcher hotels for me. I have been in Europe for 5 weeks and this has been the only bad hotel. Still have 4 weeks to go so will avoid Fletcher Hotels.

It's a brand new hotel, and very nice. Staff were great, though they were still working out their systems, which was fair enough. We also ate at the restaurant, and breakfast was good too. There were plenty of car charging points.

Brand new hotel but malfunctioning air conditioner

A brand new hotel, nothing else too special. Asked for an upper and quiet room but ended up with a ground floor room with a malfunctioning so noisy air conditioner. The hotel is out of nowhere but you have to pay 6 € for 2 people as a resort fees.

Only stayed for one night, let down by the room and staff. I paid extra for a balcony room (of which there were many overlooking the water) but instead got a ground floor room with french doors leading out to just a chair and a fairly grotty view of nothing in particular. Pointed out to the staff on the desk that this wasn't what i paid for but she didn't appear to care or see the problem. Clearly their definition of balcony is very loose so beware. This didn't even amount to a patio. Room itself was adequate, if a little cramped with a toilet squeezed into a tiny space.
