Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, short drive to get to the beach, pool was a nice size, bbq pits were a plus. The only downside to our stay is that the Internet was out so we weren't able to watch TV. If you have bad knees I would ask for a room that's downstairs in advance because there are no elevators. This was an excellent hotel - this was our 1st time to visit Crystal Beach we will book a room at this hotel again.
