Absolute nightmare check-in. We were refused entry to the building we booked and forced to move to an inferior property in the middle of our stay also the property we had to move to was not close to orginal property so we couldn’t walk and had to get transport. The 'replacement' apartment is old and lacks the essential accessibility features (ramp access) we specifically paid for. Management was unhelpful and offered an ultimatum: take the downgrade or leave. This experience ruined the start of our holiday. Zero stars.
